According to the sample volume and centrifugation parameters, the appropriate rotor can be selected from the available ones: Ti 50, Ti 75, Ti 70.1, Ti 60, Sw 50.1, Sw 41, Sw 28. The device can be used for density gradient centrifugation, purification of proteins, viral particles, nucleic acid fractionation, for the isolation of various cell organelles.
