Council – collegial self-governing body of the Life Science Center (LSC). Council is set up for 4 years term.
Director – the head of the LSC who is responsible for implementing the working plan of the Center. Director is accountable for his activities to the LSC Council and Rector of Vilnius University. He is elected for 5 years term.

LSC manages the Vilnius University Business Incubator - an innovative work place that is designed for small or middle-sized companies and is based next to the main building.
