Short Description of the Internship Work: Internship available for MSc students from second year of program of Genetics with possibility to pursue PhD program.
In this internship the young researcher will edit human iPS cells using programmable nucleases for the creation of knock-out and or knock-ins to model immune therapy and elucidate developmental biology or immunology principles.
In this internship you will conduct cell culture, cloning, microscopy, cytometry, molecular biology among other assays.
