On April 24, the closing event of the entrepreneurship program "StartBIO: from lab to business" organized by VU LSC together with partners took place and 6 teams presented their refined business ideas.
During the 7-week life sciences entrepreneurship program, teams learned how to analyze the competition, understand the market, analyze clinical needs and evaluate the commercial potential of an idea. Individual mentoring sessions with experts made a significant contribution to refining the business idea. A total of 6 teams participated in the program: Beetroot4diabetes, RJ Team, Osteocare, Mitopharma, 3DTECH and Biohifas. Congratulations to the teams for taking a big step forward in their entrepreneurial journey!
"StartBIO: from lab to business" is the largest entrepreneurship program organized by the VU Life Sciences Center to date, and it is hoped that this is only the beginning of something big.
